Upper Saltings Floorplan
Open-plan living creates a generous, light-filled space for relaxing. From the window seat, you have a bird’s-eye view of the beach - sunsets, surf and, if you’re lucky, the occasional seal in the bay. High ceilings add to the sense of space, while the large dining table makes gathering and conversation easy. A well-stocked open kitchen invites everyone to get involved, making cooking fun.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a zip-link bed and can be arranged as a king or twin, while Bedroom 3 is pretty and cosy. The bunk room — designed like a ship’s cabin - is exciting and fun for up to four children. All bedrooms have beautifully designed built-in storage.
Upper Saltings has ultra-fast Wi-Fi via Starlink, offering strong download speeds throughout the house.

Porthmeor Beach is a Blue Flag award winning golden sand beach. Lifeguard cover from Easter to October. Between mid May to the end of September, dogs are not allowed on the beach between 10am - 6pm.
St Ives School of Painting is a magical place procuring quality art course tuition for all levels taught by a team of 30 contemporary artists teaching in small groups in a studio overlooking Porthmeor beach. Visit website.
Norway Stores, established in 1896, is a family owned deli and corner shop and two minutes from Saltings. They stock everything you need and treats you will definitely want.
St Ives Surf School - one of the best places to learn to surf in Cornwall. Surf lessons, paddle boarding tuition, sea kayaking tours and coasteering adventures. Visit website.

Fore Street the main shopping street in St Ives, is a five minute walk. It runs from Market Place down to The Wharf Post Office at the edge of the harbour. Creative, independent stores as well as high quality food stores - don’t miss Harveys butchers amazing pasties on Tregenna Place.
St Nicholas Chapel Surrounded on three sides by the sea - wonderful short walk from the Saltings.
Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden is a magical space with stunning gardens that are home to some of her most famous works. Visit website.
